2. Eligibility

This competition is open to international residents who submit an eligible score within the Santa Simulator mode of Richie’s Plank Experience on Meta Quest.

Past or present employees, contractors, or anyone directly associated with the promoter or this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins on 17/12/24 at 09:00 AM and ends on 29/12/24 at 09:00 AM (AEST).

Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter the main prize draw, participants must play the Santa Simulator mode within Richie’s Plank Experience on Meta Quest. Players must submit a score to be eligible. Each player may participate any number of times, but only the highest score will be valid.

To enter the bonus prize draw, players must complete and submit a score within Santa Simulator. An in-game screenshot or video footage of this score must be shared to social media (Facebook, Instagram, X, BlueSky, or TikTok) and the player must tag the Toast Interactive social media account on the relevant platform.

The first 50 players to beat a score of 144 and submit a valid score via social media will win a bonus prize of 1 x Max Mustard key for Meta Quest. Players may only win one key.

5. Prize/s

The prize/s for the competition are:

• Major Prize: 1st place = $300USD Meta Quest store credit, 2nd place = $200USD Meta Quest store credit, 3rd place = $100USD Meta Quest store credit
• Bonus Prize: 1 of 50 copies of Max Mustard on Meta Quest (valued at $29.99USD)

Total prize pool is USD$2099.50. Prize/s are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winners who have submitted the highest scores in Santa Simulator will be selected by the Toast Interactive Social Media & Senior Content Specialist on 29/12/2024 at 9:00 AM AEST.

Winners will be notified by email or direct message on social media within two (2) business days of selection.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner with the next fastest speedrun time.

The winners of bonus prizes who are among the first 50 players to have submitted scores higher than 144 will be selected as the scores are received.

Winners of bonus prizes will be contacted on the social media platform on which their eligible screenshot or video recording of their Santa Simulator score has been submitted.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed in full via the following link: https://toastinteractive.com/privacypolicy/

8. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred as a result of the competition or acceptance of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond the promoter’s control.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions of the promoter, which are final and binding.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
