1. Promoter

The promoter is TOAST VR PTY. LTD ACN 613 776 551

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to international residents who submit an eligible speedrun of Max Mustard played on Meta Quest or PlayStation VR2.

Past or present employees, contractors, or anyone directly associated with the promoter or this competition are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition begins on 28/11/24 at 09:00 AM and ends on 12/12/24 at 09:00 AM (AEST).

Entries received outside of this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must complete a speedrun of Max Mustard on either Meta Quest or PlayStation VR2 and submit recorded footage of their entire speedrun in order to be eligible. Cheat codes (either in-game or via external software) may not be used and the eligibility of each speedrun is at the Promoter’s discretion.

Speedruns may be eligible for one of the following categories:

1. Any% category: the player must complete Max Mustard by defeating the final boss of Arc 4.
2. 100% category: the player must collect all 90 Mudpups in Max Mustard and complete the game by defeating the final boss of Arc 4.

Each participant may submit any number of speedruns to either category over the course of the competition. Recordings of each Speedrun may be uploaded online (e.g., YouTube) and submitted to hello@toast.com.au, via the Toast Interactive Discord, or via any Toast Interactive social media platform.

5. Prize/s

The prize/s for the competition are:

• Winner of Any% category: 1 x USD$250 voucher for either the Meta Quest Store or PlayStation Network
• Winner of 100% category: 1 x USD$250 voucher for either the Meta Quest Store or PlayStation  Network

Total prize pool is USD$500. Prize/s are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner/s who have submitted the fastest speedrun times will be selected by the Toast Interactive Social Media & Senior Content Specialist on 12/12/2024 at 10:00 AM AEST.

Winner/s will be notified by email or direct message on social media within two (2) business days of selection.

If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternate winner with the next fastest speedrun time.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be collected, used, and disclosed in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy which can be viewed in full via the following link: https://toastinteractive.com/privacypolicy/

8. Liability

The promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered or incurred as a result of the competition or acceptance of any prize, except for liability that cannot be excluded by law.

9. General Conditions

The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise beyond the promoter’s control.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and any decisions of the promoter, which are final and binding.

10. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
